What is error correction?

QR codes can still scan even if part of the image is damaged, dirty, or covered. This controls how much damage it can handle.

• L — Up to 7% damage. Best for clean screens & digital use.
• M — Up to 15% damage. Good all-around default.
• Q — Up to 25% damage. Better for printed materials.
• H — Up to 30% damage. Use if a logo will cover part of the QR.
